Casey - Focus on specific issues
- Youth who are not in foster care are not getting attention when reporting abuse
- 1/2 nationwide average of substantiation of abuse and neglect
- Personal stories go a long way
- State Dept. youth can share issues and lack of focus—"screening out"
- All adolescent are "FRS" issues

- Review of Risk Matrix
- Timely app follow-up reviews (initial interview)
- All info is being put into the computer
- Interviews techniques are proper
- Are the attorneys properly notified
- Etc.
- Is FRS making referrals?
- Counties sharing info?
